For those who want a deeper dive into a run you make a video on, the livestream is basically advertised to them through your videos. I’ve made fairly successful channels in my own right and I think you should be confident on your work, no matter how dull or menial it might seem to you. Seriously bro, there aren’t that many people leaving livestreams of your level (with planned goals and your good, little-known strategies) out there plus it might make people grateful enough to to live donate. Caravan Power is something like "trade ships" for land based trade nodes. Meaning you cant really put a ship to protect that trade, so you empower your "caravan" a land based trade merchant posse. It only works for inland nodes and its supposed to counter balance water based routes from being way better than inland nodes. Also i think it makes more sense to have both of you in a same save competing for trade income.

Vassals always give you 100% trade power from diverting trade. It’s not unique. I heard you say that in stream but thought someone was gonna mention before me. Every game I get vassals and focus trade I use divert trade and it’s always 100% it’s only 50% when asking or forcing thru war

Attitude towards enemies is based on their actual attitude not opinion. Nations can still have friendly attitude at 20 opinion.

You are right that workshops don't do anything. Production income is derived from trade value, multiplied with production efficiency, so production efficiency doesn't multiply trade income (which is directly derived from trade value)

Caravan power is additional trade steering + trade power for inland nodes to compensate for the lack of ships on land.

68k is easily doable just by rerouting the roads to extend as much as possible trade length. With modifiers you can easily stack up to 100k month.

As far as I’m aware you can get Thassalocracy w/o any of the normal requirements from 2 MTs, the British and the Yemeni. (British isn’t called that, but does the same)

This video is just the copy of the student video + zlewick. The student did it with portugal and thalassocracy while zlewick did aragon to uk fpr mission boost and got negative overflow

4:10 you're missing some goods produced by UN-TC'ing your low trade power provinces, because you get a goods produced bonus on provinces in your TC region that arent in the TC

most people do not know but prussia has an overpowered mission which adds 1 production dev to each newly added trade province. so i think you can apply the bonus 2-3 per province by untrade companying and readding. If used late game it makes a big difference with a large amount of provinces.

Vassals already do transfer 100% of their trade power when you transfer trade, without the arabian plutocracy reform and also the reason why workshops felt as if they did nothing is because they don't effect trade income, production efficieny only effects the production income

Trade steering works on all nodes. Caravan power only on inland nodes (an extra tiny icon on the node) and only increases trade power.

struggling to get a start without burgundy rivaled. I thought it was practically a guarantee they would start as a rival and one must go to war to remove rival (through an ally of burgundy often) then get the RM etc. that was my standard approach for a bit.

It wasn't executed too well tbh. True heir of Timur nowadays is possible without any struggle, truce breaking, and bankruptcy even before 1540.
